Susi Maclean is Managing Director of Glass Tower, a Christchurch based strategic communications consultancy. Susi has a specialist interest in health communications and working with not-for-profit and non-government organisations, particularly in the areas of culture change and engagement. Over her 15 year communications career she has provided strategic counsel, crisis management and media training advice to the board Chairs, CEOs and senior managers of some of the South Island - and New Zealand's - highest profile names.

Susi is a member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ), the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and Melcrum. Prior to her communications career, Susi worked in radio for a decade as a breakfast co-host and newsreader on Christchurch's 91ZM.
