• Credit Card Phone Payment If you would like to make a donation over the phone please call Nurse Maude with your credit card details. Phone 03 375 4200.

  Please make cheques payable to Nurse Maude and include your contact details if you wish to receive a receipt.
• Internet Banking using Nurse Maude’s bank account number 02 0865 0057217 03. If you advise us of your donation and provide the reference details, we can provide a receipt.
• Automatic Payments set up with your bank to provide ongoing regular payments. Print and complete the Automatic Payment form and return to your bank.
• Payroll Giving is a good way for you as an employee to make a regular donation from your pre tax pay. This means you receive an immediate tax benefit. It is a simple process organised through your employer with your chosen donation amount transferred each pay period. Print and complete our Payroll Giving form and return to your employer.
