You’re the sort of person who is motivated to get a good result, has a flexible and can do attitude, is customer focused and has strong administration and accurate data entry skills. We would prefer either Call Centre experience and/or Health administration experience.

You’re also happy to work over a seven day roster between 7am and 9.30pm, enjoy working as part of a team, and like a diverse and busy work place.

User Documentation Writer

Are you passionate about turning organisational systems and processes into clear, sensible and user-friendly documentation?

Are you a technical writer with exceptional skills, knowledge and experience?

Do you enjoy working in a team with passion for customer service and business improvement?

Our Business Improvement team needs a full-time User Documentation Writer to complete user documentation detailing processes and procedures for existing and new business applications.

We need someone with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and who can consistently deliver high quality, clear and easy to understand, documentation that meets the needs of users.

Project Management skills and experience will be a key strength and ideally you will have experience working on large projects as part of a team, while also possessing the ability to respond to day to day business needs.

Ideally you will have web-based skills particularly in the area of document management systems and Intranet development.

This is a key role and reports directly to the CEO.
 We require proven strategic planning and implementation experience, solid business acumen and the ability to develop and sustain excellent client relationships, both internally and externally.
At least 10 years experience in providing IT solutions to meet business objectives in a complex work environment will be required.
