Nurse Maude protects the privacy of patients and clients, abiding by the Health Information Privacy Code of 1994.

When asking you for information to assist in your treatment and care Nurse Maude will:

• Collect this information in a private location and advise you who else will have access to it.
• Store it (and later dispose of it) securely.
• Allow you access to it to check it for accuracy.
• Not disclose specific information without your permission unless required by law.
