Jim has been in the health sector since the early 1980's and has been General Manager of Dunedin, Christchurch Women's and Christchurch hospitals.
He worked for several years as a management consultant with clients mainly in primary healthcare, advising on strategy and organisational development and is a board member of the Canterbury Community Care Trust.
