It is available for anyone recovering in their own home from an accident or surgery, those who have been assessed as needing support, and those with a life-limiting illness.
Provides help with dressing and undressing, personal grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility needs and meals and is available seven days a week when needed.
Provides household tasks including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, bed making, meal preparation and essential shopping so clients can leave hospital earlier or stay in their own home. The service is available 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
