Policy Statement

At Nurse Maude Association, we are deeply grateful for every donation as it helps us continue our mission to provide essential services to those in need. We understand that a donation is an act of trust in our organization, and we pledge to use these funds responsibly and effectively.

No Refund Policy

Please note that Nurse Maude Association adopts a strict no-refund policy for donations made. We encourage donors to carefully consider their decision to donate to our organization. Once a donation is made, it is immediately put to use for the intended charitable purpose. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on any donations received.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as in the case of a fraudulent transaction or clerical error in the amount donated, we may consider a refund. These instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the decision to issue a refund will be at the discretion of Nurse Maude Association.
