Holidays Act (2003) Review


Like many organisations across New Zealand, Nurse Maude has been reviewing how we calculate and pay staff leave to make sure we meet the requirements of the Holidays Act (2003).


This work has been conducted with the help of independent experts, and covers all leave types.


Payments to Former Employees

If you previously worked for Nurse Maude, you may be eligible for a payment under this review. When Nurse Maude is ready to make payments to former employees (early 2026), we will add details to this web page on how to make a query or claim, including what information you will need to provide.
